Loyalty Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Your membership will auto-renew on the same day every month and will be charged to the card we keep on file.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@pilatesinbalance.com within 2 days of your renewal date. Cancellations made after that will apply to the following month.
  • Monthly payments are non-refundable.
  • As a Loyalty Member if you are the only client signed up for a class you can upgrade your class to a private lesson for $25 or opt to find another class.
  • If you no-show or late cancel (within 12 hours of the class) the class will still be deducted from your membership package.
  • Please insure that the classes you’re interested in have availability before you commit to a membership. If the times of our classes are not convenient for you, then the memberships are not a good fit for you.
  • We suggest that you schedule the classes you want to take at the start of the month to ensure your spot. You may always cancel or reschedule those classes anytime within the 12 hour cancellation policy window.

  • There will be a $10 maintenance charge for all declined cards.
